BOOST is helping our client; D&G Support Services hire an Intermediate Business Analysis/Tester with knowledge and experience in federal financial management to support the U.S. Army. This role comes with a focus on supporting external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing functional requirements, configuring, and testing solutions to address client needs, and supporting end users with system functionality. This is a unique opportunity to join our exceptional team supporting the system implementation of the Resource Manager’s Workspace (RMW) to transform and modernize Army financial management programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend and participate in meetings with client stakeholders Lead functional support for testing such as developing test scenarios and documentation and performing validation testing for the core Momentum application and reports.
  • Provide functional support for new initiative implementation activities, such as requirements analysis, development of design, and configuration documentation.
  • Demonstrate agility, flexibility, broad support, commitment to customer satisfaction, responsiveness to contract requirements and proactive qualities.
  • Support virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and guide, lead co-ordination/collaboration from various business units.
  • Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions, and execute resolution steps to address client issues.
  • Provide support for federal government mandated initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of overall experience
  • 3 years’ experience working with the Federal Government
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Financial ERP systems
  • 1 -3 years of experience working with DevSecOps

This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) *

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Secret clearance.

  • Experience with OneStream Intelligent Finance Platform.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, navigate through complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork.
  • Experience or classes with C# or VB.NET, to handle technical requirements of the role.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
