Role Facts:

- Tracking freight in transit to help our tracking team and ensure good customer service
- Foster the customer, shipper, receiver relationships
- Keep customer information current in our CRM
- Update customer websites in a timely manner
- Understand pickup and delivery requirements, exceeding service expectations
