WeConnect Global is looking for a full-time Hughes Customer Support Representative. This position is responsible for monitoring and closing out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders and verifying details pertaining to the work completed. The person in this position will be cross-trained to assist with logistics and system support as needed.

MUST LIVE WITHIN 45 mins - 1 hour of Green Bay, WI

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system.
  • Assist technicians with order closeouts.
  • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on.
  • Update information through data entry.
  • Run reports and update trackers as needed.
  • Assist with logistics and system related issues.
  • Assist with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers.

Requirements

  • Adapt to change and have the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, 8 to 12-hour shifts


Pay: $15.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential for second shift
