- Analyze customer requirements and promote products and appropriate solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to internal team members (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service) to ensure the proper handling of customer needs.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management in the Pool or Spa industry or related industries
- Strong Technical aptitude and experience in the Pool/Spa industries
- Solid organizational, mathematical and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
