Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding service to clients.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and ensure sustainable growth.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing coaching and training.

Compliance: Ensure team compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity.


Requirements

Licensing: We cover the cost of licensing. All applicants must be willing to receive their MN insurance licenses which is a 2 week online course.

Experience: Previous experience in financial services, sales management, or a related field is highly desirable.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and drive a high-performing team.

Client Focus: A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and providing exceptional service.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members.

Local Presence: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Eagan, Minnesota, as remote work is not available for this role.
