This position maybe required to work occasional holidays, nights, and/or weekends and may be required to travel in the performance of the job. This position will be located in Carson City.

After an initial training period, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid remote/in-office schedule.

Examples of Work:

  • Creating Meeting Summaries: Review meeting recordings and prepare insightful summaries for various judicial education committees.
  • Developing Educational Materials: Collaborate in creating impactful publications and materials that enhance our education programs.
  • Orchestrating Programs: Working as a Judicial Education team member, schedule and handle logistics for our educational events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Supporting Distance Learning: Assist in developing and delivering innovative distance education programs.
  • Managing Participant Registration: Register and track participants for in-person events, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Effectively works remotely and collaborates with employees from a remote location, as needed. Must have expertise in virtual meeting platforms, such as Teams. Must have the ability to work remotely via an internet network connection provided by the employee. This connection speed must be sufficient to perform all duties. A minimum of 50-100 mb download speeds are required. Higher connection speed may be required if sharing this connection with other members in an employee’s household.
