  • Quality Control: Review and refine the written outputs of other attorneys and judicial law clerks to uphold the highest standards of legal accuracy and professionalism.
  • Legal Research: Remain updated on recent legal developments and consult with colleagues on legal matters to bolster the Court's legal acumen.
  • Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance your legal knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school prior to employment.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Nevada is required for career advancement.
  • Experience in advanced legal writing and research, or involvement in law journals, is preferred.

Application Requirements: Candidates are expected to submit a cover letter, resume, an unedited writing sample not exceeding 10 pages, law school transcript, and a list of three professional references.
