Title: Senior Configuration Specialist (serve as Senior CRM Specialist) - Team Lead

Locations: Washington, DC (Possibly remote)

Experience: - A minimum of five (5) years of experience in implementing and configuring CRM solutions is required. - Proven experience with the specific CRM solution to be deployed is mandatory. - Must possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage the development and implementation of the CRM solution.

- The Team lead and team will actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including:

- Iteration Planning - Daily Stand-up Meetings - Iteration Reviews - Iteration Retrospectives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - The ability to lead and mentor other team members.

Objective: To establish a best-in-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for the customer encompassing the acquisition of CRM software and licenses and the delivery of comprehensive implementation services to deploy, customize and deliver the solution.

Summary:

The implementation of the CRM platform will streamline operations, improve collaboration, and achieve

greater efficiency, productivity, and success in managing customer relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Solution Discovery & Design: Collaborate with architects and analysts to design solutions based on business requirements.
  • Technical Implementation: Lead cross-functional teams in implementing best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Design seamless data migrations and integrations with legacy systems.
  • Optimization & Quality Assurance: Enhance system performance, conduct testing, and ensure high user experience.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior developers and coordinate with stakeholders for successful delivery.
