Job Description

 

  1. To greet guests in a  professional and welcoming manner.
  2. To follow business etiquette and ethics.
  3. To communicate without offending, humiliating, and undermining human dignity.
  4. To professionally conduct conversations, particularly – phone calls, according to the company's quality standards or business communication culture.
  5. Communicate with business partners, to provide true, correct and easily understandable information about the company, to preserve confidentiality, diplomacy and tolerance, and to progress conversation to company`s and cooperation development.
  6. To provide general administrative support to all departments of the company in their daily work.
  7. To provide and coordinate internal and external information flow between the company`s departments, employees, and administration, through various information channels.
  8. To organize company`s internal meetings and meetings with clients, suppliers. To provide participants with necessary information. To provide meetings with required technical equipment (whiteboard, projector, screen, computer etc.), snacks and drinks. To take minutes of the meeting upon request and archiving those notes. To organize that after the meeting, meeting room is clean and tidy.
  9. To organize business trips, business meetings and management meetings, to cooperate with travel agencies, hotels, restaurants etc.
  10. To support such activities as company`s employee’s trips, photo sessions, internal parties, and meetings.
  11. To participate in organization of public relations activities and in promotion of the company's image.
  12. To participate in creation and shaping of creative ideas that would promote the company's development and growth, employee well being.
  13. To inform the management about building administration requirements and coordinate ongoing changes.
  14. To develop and keep up to date company`s records and registration in accordance with the laws and regulations, to control filing cases under it.
  15. To monitor and maintain storage stocks for administration needs.
  16. To provide employees with required amount of office supplies and order them when necessary.
  17. To cooperate with suppliers, make and receive orders.
  18. To check on office premises tidiness several times a day. To ensure that office premises are clean and tidy.
  19. To provide management with information in case of technical or other problems and prepare suggestions for solving them.
  20. Successfully completing critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks.
  21. Following up on tasks and summaries status set by the management.
  22. Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; maintaining credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  23. Making sure new employees are provided with security badges and Playtech swag.
  24. To fulfill work duties outside set working time upon management request.
  25. To not disclose any confidential information with unauthorized individuals or companies
  26. To carry out other duties within competence of held position as instructed by management.

 

Qualifications

    1. Must be 21 years of age
    2. Education – High School Diploma / GED.
    3. Language skills – English, full professional proficiency.
    4. Social skills – good cooperation skills, good conflicts resolution skills in diverse situations, ability to work well with people with different views and culture.
    5. Communication skills – ability to clearly and effectively explain issues related to work, company`s rules and procedures.
    6. Refined manner of speech and business/business casual attire.
    7. Ability to work under pressure.
    8. The ability to quickly react to different situations, quickly navigate in essence of the problem and answer questions.
    9. The ability to support management and find solutions for different everyday situations, respond quickly and it an timely manner
    10. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    11. Office equipment skills (printers, copiers, fax machines, phones, etc.).
    12. Computer skills on an experienced user level. (MS Office, electronic mail, etc.).
