Sun State International Trucks is currently seeking a Parts Major Account and E-Business Representative. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service through the requisition, stock and dispensing parts to all e-business customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, accuracy and follow-through to ensure the e-business customer experience is exceptional.

Required Education, Licenses, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • minimum of 2 years Parts purchasing or experience
  • Proficient computer skills; including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate pricing between Major Account and E-Commerce site
  • Communicate and promote Sun State sales promotions
  • Build working relationships with vendors for procurement needs
  • Stay current with Navistar training on Dealer Portal
  • Point of contact for major accounts for issues and concerns
