Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Outside Sales Rep to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events. This role involves managing all aspects of the event planning process, including budget management, vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site event management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and coordination of all aspects of outdoor events, ensuring events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Manage event logistics.
- Monitor event budgets closely, handle invoicing, and track expenses to ensure events are delivered within financial parameters..
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Interact with consumers while spreading awareness of our client's cause.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess the success of the event, and identify areas for improvement for future events.
Experience:
NO sales experience necessary, however must be friendly and approachable. A background in event planning and customer service is also highly desirable. The candidate should be a outgoing with a strong vision for the organization's future.
