Join Our Team as a E-Commerce Support Associate – Best Cheer Stone

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Support Associate to join our team. 

 


What You Bring: 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and update website content, such as landing pages, product listings, inventory updates, etc.
  • Review product listings and other website content for accuracy, pricing mistakes, and missing information
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and sharing information about products, shipping rates, and return policies
  • Ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate and updated
  • Assist customers in completing their online orders and maintain their accounts
  • Implement changes, updates, and strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates
  • Take customer orders, arrange shipping, and handle transactions
  • Estimate stock requirements and monitor inventory levels
  • Other duty may be assigned by direct supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Previous working experience in e-commerce or sales industry
  • Basic understanding of SEO techniques and functionalities
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Strong marketing and research skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
