Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Basic keyboarding skills
  • Ability to follow provided detailed instructions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the scheduling department and field employees to deliver equipment and supplies to field personnel.
  • Work with Supply Chain Product Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels for all necessary supplies stored in the equipment facility.
  • Package and ship equipment and supplies as required.
  • Determine the most cost-effective method of shipment and tracking shipped parcels.
  • Complete forms using Excel or other programs based on work instructions or specifications provided.
  • Track, unpack, examine, repair, and restock incoming shipments of equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist Manager with inventory reviews as directed.
  • Assist with functional testing, cleaning, and maintenance of all equipment prior to shipping to field.
  • Adhere to work instructions and procedures and complete supporting documentation timely and accurately.
  • Ability to troubleshoot devices based on work instructions or specifications provided.
