Essential Job Functions
- Receives and verifies incoming vendor invoices, receipts, and other documentation in an organized manner
- Facilitates payment to vendors by ensuring proper invoice approval or properly received purchase order in the accounting system
- Communicates with Project Managers and Warehouse Personnel to adjust purchase orders, obtain approvals, and resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Obtains material receipt documentation from Field Personnel and verifies to vendor invoice
- Enters vendor invoice details into the accounting system accurately and with sufficient detail to document the expense.
- Reconciles monthly vendor statements to entered invoices and addresses any issues
- Ensures timely payment of vendors per payment terms and identifies discount opportunities
- Receives corporate credit card receipts from employees and reconciles to credit card statement
- Maintains historical Accounts Payable files and documentation
- Administers company fuel cards
- Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required
Business or Accounting degree is a plus but not required
