We are currently seeking an Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our team in our West Fargo office.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting and advising customers on their insurance needs, answering inquiries and providing high quality customer service. The ideal candidate is licensed in Property/Casualty, has a background in customer service and is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
