Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions in a prompt and courteous manner.

Policy Processing: Handle the processing of policy documents, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client concerns or complaints to ensure a positive outcome.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
