Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide personalized support to clients regarding their personal insurance needs and inquiries.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, making updates, and addressing policy-related questions.

Claims Support: Help clients navigate the claims process, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved efficiently.

Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.

Customer Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address their concerns and provide solutions.
