THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries, order placement, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Meet performance targets and call handling quotas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
