Craftexcom As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries and issues through telephone, email, and online chat. You will serve as the frontline contact between our company and our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

$19.50 - $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products and services
  • Process orders, forms, and applications
  • Follow up on customer interactions using the appropriate workflow system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team leader
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Meet performance targets and metrics, including customer satisfaction, call quality, and response time


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
