Job Description:
The Call Center Agent at CORE X PLUG is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing information about products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Pay Range: $800 - $1150 weekly
Responsibilities include:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Answer customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues or complaints
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive information
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Assist with customer account management, including updating account information and processing orders
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current with company offerings and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone manner
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions
