THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Process orders, provide product or service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
