We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team and help guide our patients through their healthcare journey.
Job
Summary:
The Customer Service Agent - Patient Support will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls or SMS messages and providing high-quality customer service to our patients.
This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to efficiently resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information to patients regarding the medical care, treatments, and other inquiries.
Assist patients with on-line telehealth inquires and schedule them with providers.
Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
