JOB SUMMARY:
The core mission of the Digital Marketing Manager is to lead as a full stack marketer a team of full stack marketers who drive all aspects of marketing for each of the Media Group websites—consistent with achieving results for revenue growth utilizing available free channels (print, email, onsite display) and paid channels to acquire, nurture and convert traffic into sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Utilizes best practices for marketing automations and customer journeys
- Demonstrated success cleverly acquiring a high volume of leads
- Consistently uses GA4 and other reporting mechanisms to evaluate marketing efficacy
- A/B and multivariate testing are critical for the success of this team. A/B tests are constantly running
- Utilizes ad networks and social media for customer acquisition consistent with accurate ROAS analysis and evaluation
- Oversees all creative development; utilizing either in-house creative team or private contractor.
- Support all Outreach teams as a consultative expert as needed
- Lead teams consistent with best management practices such that teams score greater than 4.0 on Better Christian Workplace surveys
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact as a positive team member with Digital Product Managers, Director of Content and those teams, Ad Sales, Product Owners and key constituents.
- Additional interactions may include Web Properties Team, Outreach Magazine Team, Accounting Team, Other Departments
as dictated by specific projects
- Interact with current and prospective advertising tools as well as software vendors
- Participate in team and corporate meetings to support organizational goals

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge of the Church, various staff positions and their needs
- Typing: 50 WPM
- 5+ years using an A/B testing platform
- 5+ years experience in in email marketing
- Demonstrated pattern of exceeding goals
- 5+ years experience leading a team of marketers
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
