Strategic Accounts Director
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for all aspects of Customer Relationships, from lead generation, through field trials and production support
- Understand LiDAR performance requirements, explain Voyant LiDAR performance characteristics to a high level of technical detail.
- Verifying system operation is consistent with system models, either from internal or customer field operations
- Respond to customer requests and create and perform experiments to demonstrate best operation of our products
What we need from you:
- Deep understanding of the usefulness and impact of LiDAR for multiple industries.
- Ability to learn differentiating traits of Voyant’s products relative to competitors
- Ability to understand customer needs, listen to customer needs, and connect them to Voyant capabilities.
- Desire to communicate the value of Voyant in presentations, articles, and at conferences
- Ability to close a deal
- Ability to create a sales process, modify it, and follow it
- Excellent communications skills
