Job Description: 
As a Distribution Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role within the Delrin Americas Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue and volume growth through our current channel partners. Success in this role will be measured by overall channel sales, pipeline development, and achieving target closures. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for developing new business and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Revenue and Volume Growth: Accountable for achieving and surpassing revenue and volume growth targets through the Delrin distribution channel.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Formulate and execute growth strategies for channel partners, with a strong emphasis on new business development and customer acquisition.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring continuous growth for Delrin products and driving these opportunities to successful closure.
  • Product Knowledge and Value Proposition: Gain a deep understanding of Delrin products' performance and value propositions, effectively communicating these to customers and partners.
  • Channel Partner Support: Provide exceptional support to channel partners, ensuring they can service mutual business efficiently and deliver world-class service to end users of Delrin products.
  • Market Expansion: Diversify and expand the customer base by identifying and penetrating new applications and markets through channel partners.

Ideal Profile: 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of account management or application development experience in the plastics industry or a similar technical sales field.
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Ability to learn and articulate the technical aspects and value of Delrin products.
  • Travel: Home office based with the willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
