Job Title: Vice President Human Resources

Report To: CFO

FLSA: Exempt

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Company Overview: EST03 Inc. is a dynamic parent company of Advertising Vehicles Inc. and Adsposure Inc., with specializations in commercial fleet graphics and transit advertising solutions. As we set our sights on growth we are seeking experienced and strategic professionals to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Vice President of Human Resources who will lead our HR department with strategic insight and innovation. This executive role will be instrumental in scaling our HR talent and systems to align with our ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a long-term HR strategy that aligns with our growth targets and overall business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Implement scalable processes for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of robust performance review systems.
  • Operations Review: Continuous review of operations to ensure effectiveness and ability to adjust when necessary while adhering to standards
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all HR practices and policies meet legal and industry standards.
  • Leadership Development: Spearhead programs to nurture leadership skills across various levels within the organization.
  • Culture and Engagement: Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture that reflects our values and strategic growth goals.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with other executive team members to ensure HR strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Benefits Strategy: Lead the design and management of innovative employee benefits and compensation plans.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in an executive leadership role.
  • An expert in one or more HRIS
  • Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives in alignment with business growth.
  • Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Thorough understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
