Title: Replenishment Associate

Location: Ft Worth, TX

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:

The Replenishment Associate protects and controls all the purchased items that are in the warehouse until they reach the customer’s location. This position is instrumental in protecting the inventory assets of Dot It.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Put-aways from production: This duty has the associate counting the quantity of the items produced, verifying a location exists for the item, and taking the finished goods from the Production finished goods staging area to the correct picking location in the warehouse.
  • Put-aways from Buyout: This duty has the associate coordinating with the receiving clerk to verify the number of buyout items that are ready for put-away, verifying a location for the item, and taking the Buyout items to the appropriate picking location in the warehouse. Upon completion of the movement, the associate will confirm put-away with receiving clerk.
  • Replenishment – Offsite: Coordinates with shipping supervisor and shipping manager to replenish items from offsite (in our case, 135 warehouses). The associate will travel to Suite 135, locate the correct Item and quantity requested by the shipping manager/supervisor, and transport goods to the picking warehouse. Items will then be put into the correct picking locations by the replenishment associate. The Associate will deliver a replenishment ticket to the Inventory Control Manager upon completion of the movement.
  • Replenishment – On Site: The associate will replenish picking locations in the warehouse from overflow areas and secondary storage locations for all items in the warehouse. Any items that are replenished on-site need a replenishment ticket completed and delivered to the Inventory Control Manager to complete the movements.
  • Other responsibilities: General cleaning/straightening up of picking areas in the warehouse.
  • Cycle counts: Perform cycle counts as requested.
  • Assist: Receiving Associate as needed
  • Backup: Receiving Associate
  • Miscellaneous: Any other activity requested by management

This position requires forklift certification in both sit-down and stand-up units.

Must have:

Experience in receiving and inventory control. Basic computer skills and knowledge are a plus. Ability to visually inspect the incoming product for damage.
