Key Duties:

Display Strategy Development: Identify prime locations, construct, and sustain attractive product displays and equipment placements that conform to company guidelines.

Product Availability Management: Guarantee that beverage sections are adequately stocked, including shelf organization and cold storage, to fulfill customer needs.

Outstanding Customer Engagement: Surpass customer service expectations by consistently replenishing and merchandising products at designated large retail locations, ensuring timely follow-up.

Collaborative Teamwork: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and shoppers to enhance teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Oversight: Maintain precise inventory levels, manage company resources, and ensure that all accounts comply with our high merchandising standards.

Product Freshness Assurance: Adhere to merchandising standards by routinely rotating products in assigned accounts to ensure quality.

Point of Sale Management: Update and maintain Point of Sale (POS) advertising materials to keep them current and relevant for each account.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: 0-3 years of general work experience. Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push over 50 pounds; must be comfortable bending, reaching overhead, and kneeling. Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in sales or merchandising is advantageous.
