We are seeking a DYNAMIC Office Manager to be our LEAD customer service contact person for all clients, guests, and prospects. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of the studio, and reports directly to the General Manager. The Office Manager is responsible for the acquisition and conversion of new prospects. This will include, at a minimum, making outbound telephone calls and text messages to prospects and customers, handling inbound phone calls, and welcoming incoming customers and prospects when they walk through the door.
Compensation / Perks:

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality, while also being perceptive and disciplined. Proficiency when providing information, with a five-star customer-service approach, is invaluable. The goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and valued while on our premises or when communicating by phone or text. The Office Manager will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the Stretch Zone culture. At Stretch Zone we thrive on teamwork. You will be the face and "voice" of the studio for all clients, guests, and prospects as you strive to make the very best first, and lasting impression.

- Stretch Zone uses a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience.
- Excel in being the lead customer service contact for clients, guests, and prospects
- Greet new prospects and clients with a smile to create a great first impression
- Make an average of 50 outbound phone calls, and 75 SMS text messages daily
- Makes calls to confirm demos 24-48 hrs. prior to appointment time
- Answer all inbound calls using our proven Telephone Intake (IT) script
- Check and respond to Voice Mail throughout the day
- Become proficient at qualifying prospects before coming in for a demo
- Become proficient with our Club Ready software platform
- Complete all assigned automated tasks generated from Club Ready
- Field customer complaints and concerns by noting on client accounts and alerting GM
- Understand and communicate company policies regarding contract memberships, cancellations, and refunds
- Communicate any past due accounts to GM
- Check and manage studio emails
- Assist the team to ensure the studio is clean and always organized
- Must be highly motivated to succeed with self and others
- Must become proficient with Club Ready software
- Must practice a Five-Star approach to customer service
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to enhance administrative skills and increase Stretch Zone knowledge
- Have a solid understanding of studio operations
- Love being a team player
- Monday thru Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Full Time Position
- Evenings as needed
- Saturdays as needed
