The Administrative Assistant I provides a variety of administrative and clerical duties supporting the Administrative II's and Paralegals. This individual will work with limited supervision, and cooperatively with the Legal staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook are needed to schedule meetings, create spreadsheets and index timelines for multiple legal projects.
  • Handles basic administrative tasks for the Legal department or for specific Legal teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of Office Administrative experience required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills.
  • Strong administrative and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to produce quality work with attention to detail.
  • Must be self-directed and independent with projects, while possessing the ability to work with others.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new programs.
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism.
