Customer Service Specialist - Allied Capital Title

                                                                                                                                                         

The role of the Customer Service Specialist is to drive Allied Capital Title’s efforts to enhance its market share and revenue performance in the Indiana markets. She/he will build client relationships, be the primary contact for new customers to resolve issues and support four branches as necessary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Customer Service: Be friendly with customers and colleagues, return calls and emails in a timely manner, problem solve, be knowledgeable about the products and services ACT offers
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and status updates in the company’s CRM system.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online databases.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce Northwest Indiana Title and its offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our products/services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the branch manager and escrow departments to fulfill the needs of customers.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Enter all new title orders into the title production software, assist with the phones, greet walk in customers, perform other administrative duties as assigned.

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
