Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and ability to be on the phone with customers most of the day. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to multitask on the phone and email while looking up system information. Expected to act promptly to report any rule violations, threats to workplace safety and security to your manager. Maintain confidentiality of all conversations, events, etc. that occur. To do your work in an enthusiastic and effective manner. Maintain a good working relationship with your co-workers and act as a positive role model. Exhibit patience with employees when assisting to solve their concerns, requests or questions. Ensure we provide a safe work environment. Valid Driver’s License. Travel as needed. Passport or the ability to obtain one. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Primary point of contact for customers with technical questions about our products or those needing warranty support. Assist customers via phone or email. Issue RMAs (Return Material Authorization) to Customers. Documenting tech calls using company software. Determining warranty eligibility based upon terms of warranty policy. Testing and/or repairs to RMA returns. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
