We are currently seeking to add an In-Office Part-Time Office Administrative Professional to our Lake Oswego, OR office. This position is 100% in-office. Work hours 10 am – 2 pm

The typical salary range for this position is $20/hr to $25/hr and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet and assist with in-person visitors. A friendly, approachable demeanor is imperative.
  • Oversee general administrative needs including but not limited to shipping, ordering office and breakroom supplies, ordering/canceling office access cards, assisting with virtual meeting setup, and coordinating office maintenance and/or repairs.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in administrative office support.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to proofread and edit correspondence and simple reports.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle a wide range of responsibilities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
  • This position is 100% in-office.
