Operates a stand-up forklift to safely transport raw ingredients, finished products, materials, and equipment to the appropriate locations inside the warehouse, freezer, and trucks/trailers.  

Responsibilities

  • Operates stand-up forklift to move ingredients/products from trucks, shipping & receiving docks, and various stock and storage locations.
  • Responsible for loading the mixing platform with raw ingredients to be used for daily production of par bake cookies, frozen dough, and cinnamon smear for melts.
  • Verifies lot code numbers, product type, and quantity of each load moved using a scanning gun.
  • Moves trailers in and out of loading areas for out and inbound loads.
  • Keeps stock tracking records and other simple records of quantities of items moved to storage locations, and daily work performed.
  • Moves stock, pallets, and other items manually as required.
  • Provides assistance with the overall maintenance of the warehouse environment.
  • Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of stand-up forklift experience, preferred
  • In-house Forklift Certification, HACCP & GMP training (in-house)

Shift: 1st

Hourly Rate: $19.50 - $22.00
