As a Maintenance Operations Aide, your role will involve assisting technicians in performing repairs, inspections, and facility projects that are essential for the seamless operation of our facilities. We are looking for a collaborative team member who can effectively work together to fulfill work orders and preventive maintenance tasks that drive outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and execute all verbal directives from production and maintenance management.
  • Complete assigned written work orders promptly.
  • Carry out daily tasks as outlined in the Facilities checklist.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the water boiler, ensuring the chemical tank is monitored, pressure is released, and salt levels are checked, making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide assistance to mechanics as required.
  • Request necessary parts and follow up on their status.
  • Maintain daily communication with the maintenance team regarding any issues.
  • Perform daily facility walk-through inspections, addressing and resolving issues immediately.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety within the maintenance shop and yard.
  • Carry out maintenance detail work at the warehouse as needed.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by any lead, supervisor, manager, or other leader.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
  • GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house), along with sit-down and stand-up forklift certification, and boom/scissor lift certification.

Shift: 1st

Hourly Rate: $23.00

Additional compensation may be available for candidates who exceed these qualifications.
