Responsibilities:

  • Support Director of Sales in preparing for customer appointments.
  • Track and regularly update the status of purchase orders (POs), shipments, inventories, and available to sell (ATS).
  • Accept, input, track, and follow-up with C/S on customer contracts and orders in the system.
  • Continuously track and manage relevant sales data, as assigned.
  • Assist the Division with administrative tasks, inclusive of Shopping Cart and Market Week preparation.
  • Prepare digital platform assets and product information for customer’s digital tools.

Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suites/Applications related software.
  • Ability to generate pivot tables and execute VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
