JOB TITLE:  Solutions Inside Sales - Remote

JOB SUMMARY:  Qmerit is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to serve as a key member of the Solutions Sales team. This role will be responsible for creating and managing the company inside sales opportunities, focused on supporting the sale of Qmerit’s commercial EVSE installation services through multiple sale channels. The role will require both sales and project management skills, working with partners sales organizations as well as leading the opportunity through each step of the Qmerit commercial assessment process. This position will be responsible for delivering a sales target in commercial EV charging installations through collaboration with channel partners, the Qmerit contractor network as well as end customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overall responsibility for US commercial inside sales in support of existing EVSE channel partners.
  • Adhere to inside sales operating model and comprehensive sales strategy
  • Deliver annual sales plans and strategies to hit monthly KPI’s
  • Represent our company’s solutions and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the market and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual activity and sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Sales forecasting
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Passion for direct-to-consumer selling using technology tools to sell remotely to potential customers
  • Intellectual curiosity in the transition from fossil fuels to renewable technologies solutions
  • Experience in managing alliance/channel partner relationships with technology and other solution providers to deliver a wide range of electrification solutions to the market
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
  • Experience working at the Executive level
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stake projects simultaneously
  • Proactive problem solver with a self-starter attitude
  • Program Management tools including process flowcharts, Gantt charts, project management toolkits
  • Experience in a fast-growing company
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience – EV, solar, electrical trades, HVAC, or similar trade services preferred
  • Experience selling to the commercial markets – EV, solar, electrical trades, HVAC, or similar trade services preferred
  • History of successful selling and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in the use of automated sales proposal systems
EDUCATION
  • University Degree: two (2) year minimum, four (4) years BS or BA preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: DOE
