Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative with experience in hardware and software sales to join our team at our Irvine, CA office. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a hunger for success, possessing the drive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our company. This part-time onsite role involves actively seeking new resellers and working closely with the Director of Sales to set up meetings and facilitate business closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential resellers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing resellers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Meetings: Set up and coordinate meetings between potential resellers and the Director of Sales for product presentations and business negotiations.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Sales to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Bonus Incentive: Earn a bonus for each qualified and onboarded new reseller/distributor.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the hardware and software industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with resellers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of hardware and software products, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
