In this role, you will work closely with our internal & external customers, commercial lending team and vendors providing on-going assistance, documentation support and frequent review of various reports to ensure loan compliance, completeness and on-going monitoring. Salary based on level of experience

Commercial Loan Administrator: $20.00 - $27.00

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process all types of commercial loan applications from approval to closing
  • Communicates with customers, lenders and third parties during the processing of each loan application to ensure timely completion of loan files
  • Performs a variety of data entry, validations, processing of loan payments and line of credit advances

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of related banking experience including customer interaction
  • Proficient in desktop applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
