Bellisio Foods is hiring a Revenue Growth Analyst to join our growing Revenue Growth Management Team. This role will be based out of our headquarters in the North Loop of downtown Minneapolis.

The Revenue Growth Analyst will be instrumental in shaping and executing revenue growth strategies. This role demands a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of revenue management and advanced analytics with an understanding in trade finance to ensure holistic financial optimization.

Who are we?

Bellisio Foods, founded in 1990, produces more than 400 products spanning a wide variety of frozen food categories, including single and multi-serve entrees, snacks, and side dishes. We are headquartered in Minneapolis, MN and are a subsidiary of Charoen Pokphand Foods, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Position Information

The Revenue Growth Analyst will drive efforts in optimizing price, promotion, mix and customer investment decisions with the objective of driving profitable growth to achieve business objectives.

Utilizing an analytics mindset, this role will conduct complex analysis to identify market trends and will propose solutions to various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans, that are aligned with current spend strategies
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to sales leadership focused on volume and revenue growth

2. Advanced Data Analysis:

    • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
    • Oversee and leverage analytics for decision-making related to both everyday price and promotion.

3. Price and Promotion Strategy:

    • Lead initiatives to optimize pricing structures and promotional effectiveness, considering trade finance implications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sophisticated pricing and promotional strategies.

4. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics, including category trends, price gaps and performance.
    • Utilize market intelligence to proactively identify revenue growth opportunities.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure our trade spend budget is kept whole and spend efficiently.
    • Upkeep trade management system in partnership with sales managers
    • Communicate complex insights related to revenue and trade finance in a clear and concise manner to influence decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, trade finance or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in implementing revenue growth strategies with quantifiable results.
  • Experience with trade management platform, Exceedra preferred.
