As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales over the phone and email. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities- Call inbound leads within 60 seconds of inquiry
- Follow up with all leads in the CRM and record notes for every conversation/touch point
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Assist existing and new customers
- Use a consultative selling approach
- Send customer quotes and invoices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and represent the business.
- General problem solving skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Work under minimal supervision and stay on task
- Makes outbound calls to clients and/or prospective clients to cross-sell, up-sell or provide education that supports specific sales initiatives.
- Provides regular check-ins with key clients and relationships to support the client journey.
- Enters detailed documentation of client/prospect interactions in Hubspot.
- Reports on standard and initiative based key performance indicators (KPI’s) regularly as determined by Core management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good understanding of agriculture and ag drone industry preferred but not required
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
