The Outside Sales Representative position involves extensive field work, where you will directly be engaging with homeowners to demonstrate the value and quality of our product. To successfully complete the role of Sales Person at Next Door and Window, he/she must:



* Sales and Design Proposals: Skillfully design and propose solutions that integrate our windows and door products, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of clients homes.

* Sales Closure: Expertly negotiate and close sales, ensuring all contracts are promptly entered in the company CRM.

* Project Coordination: Work closely with clients from the initial interaction through the completion of their projects, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.


Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.

* Sales Acumen: Keen ability for engaging homeowners and using in-home sales techniques and processes.

* Ability to lift 50 lbs along with the ability to travel within the Madison area.
