Position Overview:


Mad City Windows and Baths is actively seeking a skilled Inside Sales Team Leader to oversee our Inside Sales division. In this pivotal role, you will guide our team of Sales Representatives to secure appointments that translate into sales, consistently surpassing revenue goals through effective leadership, mentorship, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Mentorship: Direct and manage the daily activities and performance of the Inside Sales team.

Performance Oversight: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Sales Strategy Development: Analyze performance data to uncover trends and implement strategic modifications to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Talent Development: Provide continuous professional growth and guidance to team members.

Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations to align with company objectives and standards.

Collaboration and Reporting: Foster strategic alliances with colleagues across the call center to exchange best practices and enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or a comparable role within a call center setting.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, motivating, and cultivating a high-performing team.

- Self-driven, disciplined, and career-focused.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with call center technologies and CRM systems.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation:

Base salary complemented by uncapped commission and bonuses.

Potential Total Compensation:
$75,000-$130,000 annually.
