The Engagement Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing engagement workflows and supporting the overall client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the client engagement team, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of engagement operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize engagement workflows.
  • Manage the allocation of resources and prioritize tasks to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, client feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the Engagement Strategy Manager and other stakeholders to support the overall client engagement strategy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and client-centricity within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, client engagement, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in client engagement.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
