Job Description:
First Foster Consulting, LLC is seeking a remote Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with a government contractor in industries such as Information Technology, Training Services, Language Services, Construction, Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, Janitorial, and Management Consulting. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing client opportunity pipelines, including identifying, researching, and tracking opportunities. They will also assist the client in Capture Strategies, submit questions to the Government, submit proposals on behalf of clients, oversee client proposal and RFI submission, reach out to the Government for the client, help the client identify teaming partners, facilitate partner meetings, and manage client business development pipelines. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will develop gate reviews, assist with bid/no bid recommendations, and work with designated Proposal Writer/Manager to ensure proposal work is completed in a timely manner and color team reviews occur. The Business Development Executive should be a part of the color team reviews and be available on a weekly basis for standing meetings with the client.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MUST have strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- MUST be self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new processes and procedures
- MUST have a flexible schedule
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with federal procurement
- Part-time position hours can vary. Business Development Executive must be available during peak Government buying season as needed.
