Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Business Development and strategy teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams and coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage a high-performing team, providing directions, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the formulation of business plans and initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to enhance the company's market position and competitive advantage.

  • Strong background in managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with strategic planning tools and software (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, SWOT analysis).
  • Experience with data analytic platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
