The Chief Operations Officer will oversee all facets of operations, including customer service, logistics, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and more.

This position requires balancing the immediate demands of maintaining current operations with the broader objective of fostering innovation and generating value for the organization’s future.

The Chief Operations Officer will collaborate closely with company executives, departments, and team members to strategize and formulate long-term plans that will facilitate growth and success for the organization.

Strategic Planning:
Work alongside senior leadership to create and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's overarching goals and objectives.

Operational Oversight:
Provide leadership and direction to various departments, divisions, and teams within the organization.
Ensure efficient and effective daily operations.

Resource Management:
Oversee and allocate resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment, to support operational initiatives and achieve performance targets.

Quality Control:
Supervise quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure products or services meet or exceed established operational standards.

Supply Chain Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, optimizing the supply chain for cost-effectiveness and reliability.

Team Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to staff members.

Performance Metrics:
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and implement policies and operating procedures to maintain compliance.

Contract Review and Participation:
Engage in the review of contractual agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements, to ensure alignment with operational capabilities and standards.

Financial Management:
Collaborate with departmental leadership teams to provide financial projections and reviews, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

Technology Integration and Compliance:

Benefits and Compensation:
Salary range: $135,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually.
