Management experience would be preferred but isn't required for the candidate with the right drive and attitude

WHAT DOES OUR FRONT OFFICE MANAGER DO?

You normally work Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed.

This role is a vital part of our hospitality team's continued success and ability to deliver positive guest experiences You oversee various aspects of our day-to-day processes to make sure everything goes smoothly and to identify any areas for improvement. This includes supervising our front desk agents, conducting staff training, and keeping our guest scores high. You work closely with our GM and director of sales, doing what you can to elevate the guest experience and keep our administrative matters functioning well.
