Job DescriptionJob Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee 2 residential CLA group homes.
  • Directly supervises and evaluates the Lead and Direct Support Staff
  • Oversee all resident and house finances and submit records as required
  • Comply with all Agency and Department of Developmental Services regulations and policies
  • Carryout and communicate emergency action plans
  • Provide quality assurance continually throughout the licensing review period
  • Oversee all aspects of medical Administration in conjunction with agency nursing
  • Oversee staff scheduling
  • Provide on-call coverage
  • Coordinate, oversee and follow up on all resident medical appointments in conjunction with agency nursing
  • Operate within parameters of staffing budget and household budget
  • Schedule and attend all Individual Plan meetings and complete and distribute all needed reports
  • Oversee reporting of all maintenance and safety issues
  • Schedule staff meetings on a consistent basis (Minimum quarterly or more as needed
  • Ensure incident reports are documented as needed and reviewed prior to submission in a timely manner
  • Reviews end of the month data and submit as scheduled.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in related human services field preferred. HS diploma/GED required.
  • DDS experience preferred
  • Valid Connecticut Driver's license and eligibility for Network, Inc.'s auto Insurance
  • Obtain and maintain Medication Certification, First Aid/CPR, PMT certification, Annual Inservice and other resident specific medical and habilitative needs training
  • 3 years experience in human service field at the supervisory level
  • To be available and flexible as needed

Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm with on call hours.
