Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm hours, rotating on-call responsibilities, 40 hours per week;

This role is tailored to support adults with significant mental health challenges in a nurturing living environment within the Manchester community.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains awareness of departmental compliance standards for federally funded healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare and Medicaid) concerning fraud, waste, and abuse. Immediately addresses any compliance-related questions or concerns with department or administrative personnel.


Conducts all job-related activities ethically, supporting the organization's commitment to integrity in all personal and professional endeavors.

Identifies and instructs team members on the early signs of physical and mental health issues.

Facilitates or guides staff in executing appropriate interventions and/or referrals in line with an established crisis plan.

Offers leadership and clinical guidance to team members working directly with clients.

Exhibits a positive, cooperative attitude, adaptability, and a readiness to evolve to meet departmental objectives.

Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure comprehensive service delivery to all clients.

Qualifications:

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Education


Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field with 1 year of relevant experience; Associate's degree in a human services-related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications/Experience

Experience within Medicaid Waiver Programs is preferred. Previous management or leadership experience is preferred. A valid Iowa driver's license is required.
